What we can help with

Factual corrections, broken routes, and anything on the site that reads as though it were official — that last one matters to us, because we are not. If a page gives the impression of speaking for a college, the council or the University, that is a bug.

What we can’t

We cannot arrange access to a college, confirm whether one will be open, sell or reserve tickets, or answer on behalf of any institution in the city. For those, go to the institution.

We are a small independent desk, so replies take a while. Anything urgent about opening or access is better asked at the place itself.
