Inspector Morse Tour 2009

Follow in the footsteps of the city's celebrated TV detective.

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday 28th December tickets need to be purchased from the guide, outside the Tourist Information Centre, 10 minutes before the start of a tour.

Terms

  • Your guide is a fully qualified member of the Guild of Guides. Oxford City Council acts as managing agent for the Oxford Guild of Guides who are not employees of the City Council.

    Tickets need to be collected from the Walking Tour Desk in the Tourist Information Centre 15 minutes before the start of the tour. The tickets will be held in the name of the cardholder. Proof of payment is required.

    Your booking is made for a specific date and time. It is not transferable or refundable.

    Access to colleges is a privilege not a right and cannot be guaranteed. However, your guide is trained to give you an enjoyable and informative tour, whatever the access arrangements and weather.

    Oxford City Council does not accept any liability for any damage or loss from any cause whatsoever in connection with this walking tour.

    As you will probably be entering colleges, no dogs are allowed on tours (except guide dogs).

    Pushchairs may not be admitted to colleges and may have to be left outside at the owner's risk.

    Children must be accompanied by an adult (maximum 4 children per adult).

    Wheelchair users are welcome on all tours, but access to some colleges may be restricted.
