Two meeting places depending on length of tour you would prefer, 1hour 45 minutes or 1hour 15 minutes
Start outside Oxford Castle Unlocked (New Road) at stated time or oustide the Oxford Tourist Information Centre (Broad Street) 30 minutes later for a shorter tour.
